FOOTSTEPS TO FOLLOW ON MY PROGRAMS.

During this call Alicia Omana, PhD., MPH. will ask you many questions about your wellness issues to determine if she can help you or not, if there is some way she can help you, she’ll be sure to let you know, and if she can’t, she will point you in the right direction. During this session you get answers to your questions about how we conduct our work, what services we offer, we make sure that you have all the information you need to make the decision to embark on your wellness journey to improve your health.
2. – Prior to your first visit
We will send you all intake forms as a new client by email for you to read and electronically sign (or it can be done in person). During the INITIAL INTAKE APPOINTMENT, we provide a comprehensive and in-depth evaluation of your wellness issues.
3.- INITIAL VISIT CAN BE: ONE-ON-ONE VIRTUAL OR IN PERSON.
Your first visit is for 45 (children) to 90 (adults) minutes. During this 1-on-1 consultation, the specific imbalance and wellness issue is identified and directed to deliver a result, a result that you as a client have been waiting for Alicia Omana, PhD, MPH, will go over your intake paperwork with you, gathering information on the history of wellness and getting a clear picture of your current situation.
I will also go over nutritional supplements that you take. Your willingness to be fully open and honest during this time is especially important – the more truthful and involved in your wellbeing you are, the better I am able to help you. Your commitment and determination to improve your wellness is a pivotal key for your balance.
4.- THE STRATEGIC WELLNESS PLAN.
Finally, after gathering the factors contributing to your wellness imbalances and infirmities, I will develop personalized wellness and nutritional program based on your imbalances. The individualized protocol will include recommendations for your early stages of improvement such as follow-up visits, nutritional modifications, lifestyle factors, emotional clearing, stress relief, other nutritional supplements, and/or non-invasive interventions. Our wellness protocols provide measurable findings easy to understand and follow. She provides support for questions through emails phone calls or texting.
